I don’t have a branch office in Japan. Can I still open my online store?

We will apply for a store account for each mall, so even those who do not have a physical store in Japan can open an online store.

I have already opened a store. Can I still use your services without opening a store through your company?

Can I use this service even though I have no experience in creating websites?

We can create the front page of your online store, and we can also create the product pages as an optional service.

What is the minimum contract period?

The minimum contract period is basically one year, and it is renewed automatically.

How long does it take from application to starting sales?

After signing the contract, your store can go live in approximately 12 weeks.

Can you help me find a warehouse in Japan?

Please feel free to ask for help in this matter, since we have a distribution center as well as partner companies.

How often are sales revenues paid out?

Payouts are processed once a month.

After store Launch, can you help upload product pages?

Yes. Product page creation is available as an optional paid service. We’re also happy to provide guidance on how to create effective listings.

After I apply for this service, how long will it take before I can start to sell products?

The store can be open for sales about 8 to 10 weeks after the contract. Click here!

How often do you transfer the sales amount?

Basically, the sales amount is transferred once a month. If you would prefer transfers to be twice a month or more, please contact us.

What commission do you charge if the sales are low?

The minimum charge will be applied in the case of low sales.

Is there a translation service for things like product pages?

Yes. There is an additional charge for translation services, but we provide translation into natural Japanese.

What if I want to add a product category?

Can you give me any suggestions or advice on how to increase sales?

We make sales promotion proposals to go along with the events for each mall. We have an EC consultant for each mall and our account manager available to assist you, so we will suggest promotions that work best for your company.

How should I do the data analysis?

Basically, you can view and acquire various types of analysis data from the management screen for each mall. We can also provide reports as necessary.

Do you handle product returns?

Yes. We will store returned items for a certain period of time and then return them to you.
